What is Nutritional Therapy?

It is a holistic therapy which aims to treat the cause of health issues, not just the symptoms, mainly through dietary changes and occasionally with the aid of supplementation. Acquired and inherited nutrient deficiencies and imbalances can lead to numerous health problems, so through addressing these, a person's health can be improved. Along with correcting nutritional imbalances, I believe that emotional wellbeing is key to overall good health.

During our lifetime we can accumulate toxins, can have lowered cellular vitality and insufficient intake of nutrients. These can result in numerous health issues. Most over the counter remedies treat the symptoms, whereas nutritional therapy aims to address the underlying imbalances, therefore helping relieve the symptoms and preventing reoccurrence.

I aim to provide a supportive environment for you to undertake responsibility for your own health.

How long does treatment take?

This varies according to the individual and health condition, but results are usually noticeable very quickly. It takes at least 3-4 months for the full treatment to take effect.

Services Offered

I offer one to one consultations. The initial consultation needs to be in person, where possible, as I find it helps me to gather more information about you and to build a professional relationship. I am happy to travel a small distance from my base in East Sussex at a cost of 40p a mile or consultations can be done at my home.

Follow up consultations can be done on the telephone or in person.
