My passion for nutrition was sparked through having a nutrition consultation, which cleared a long standing health condition that doctors were unable to help alleviate. This inspired me to undertake a degree in nutritional medicine with Plaskett College and Thames Valley University.

I believe that everybody has the ability to improve their health and I enjoy helping people to realise their potential with changes to their diet and lifestyle that will hopefully last for life. These changes do not necessarily need to be drastic, often simple changes have the greatest impact.

My interest in iridology originated from a weekend taster course in iridology that I attended as part of my nutritional medicine degree. I found that the information available from looking at a person’s irides was a valuable diagnostic tool to use. It is a non-invasive technique which helps an individual manage their health in order to prevent or minimise illness in later years. As a result, I went on to study for a diploma in iridology whilst doing my nutrition degree.

I am a member of The British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists which are the regulating bodies for the therapies I offer. I am also an Associate Naturopath, registered with the General Naturopathic Council. I am fully insured.

My areas of expertise are child health, pregnancy, and digestive disorders. I had two very healthy pregnancies, and natural births at home with no pain relief. I am a great believer of creating a healthy beginning for babies and children, which will help set them up for life.

As well as offering individual consultation, I work with Detox International doing iridology consultations and overseeing the detox process. I have experienced first hand the amazing power individuals have to heal themselves when they are given the right environment and support to do so.
